The Outreach Advisory Council and Marysville NorCal Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing are gearing up quickly for the Halloween event on Saturday, October 11. OAC Volunteers have put together 6 games for playing with prizes, many activities for the children to do, and cooking up the food stuff.
I spent last weekend painting a black cat on a large cardboard poster for the children to use in a game of pin-the-tail-on, drawing mask templates that the children could color and cut out, printing out Halloween-themed coloring pages for the children. On Sunday I pulled out my costume and checked it over to make sure it was still good, and combed the wig.
Today, the OAC members reported on what was completed for the event, and it looks like we are ready. Are you ready???
