Please give eye contact. I am deaf on my left side, my right side helps me alot. I have been in many establishments and some people who are in customer service really should be more aware of people who are deaf, hard of hearing. I sometimes have to ask people to repeat themselves 2 or 3 times, I of course explain to them that I have a hard time hearing because they get annoyed. Some people don't care and others are even more helpful and understanding. Thanks for reading my comment. Have a good day!
