Kimberly Dethlefsen was in today’s newspaper, page A2 “Us Profiles; Meet Your Neighbors.”
I had the pleasure of interviewing and writing her story because I’ve known her since we were 3 years old and I’m always bugging calling her for information about services/resources for the deaf and hard of hearing.

Kim is a great person in the Yuba-Sutter community. I have known her and Hana for a long time and they taught me a lot about the deaf and hard of hearing. Quite often I encounter Kim in the community and she is very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Kim is doing awesome at her job! She has made yuba city just lighten up with deaf and hard of hearing events that just make it grow! Cant wait to see more! Keep up the good work!
